I am a digital Creative Director and Designer and have been producing digital products for over ten years. I have spent the last couple of years working at Redweb, a large, award winning digital agency based in Bournemouth. Prior to that I was the Head of Design at Optix - a small, award winning and no less awesome agency in Exeter. I work along side our new business team to help win new clients by contributing to responses and attending pitches. I manage designers and collaborate with teams of specialist UX practitioners, Developers, Front End Developers, Designers, Copy Writers, Video Producers and Quality Assurance professionals in order to deliver great projects for large (and small) organisations. Over the last two years, I have been lucky enough to work with clients such as the Lawn Tennis Association, The Metropolitan Police and City & Guilds. I help them to define their digital strategies and creative direction and believe in testing as a means to do this without subjectivity getting in the way. I am currently looking for an opportunity with a creative agency in the Bournemouth area.
